We ship within the USA and Canada. International by request.
2. What is your shipping time?
Processing: 2–4 business days. USA: 2–7 days. Canada: 5–14 days.
3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping on orders $150+ (USA & Canada).
4. What is your return policy?
Exchanges only. 7 days (USA) / 10 days (Canada). Auction and clearance items are final sale.
5. Are your crystals natural?
Yes, unless stated otherwise. Any enhancements or treatments are disclosed.
6. Can I request more photos or videos?
Yes! Contact us anytime and we will happily provide them.
7. My order arrived damaged—what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos for assistance.
8. Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Email us with your request and quantity for a quote.
9. Are healing/metaphysical results guaranteed?
No. Metaphysical benefits are not guaranteed and are for educational purposes only.
10. In-store pickup?
Yes, free in-store pickup is available at our Ellicott City location.
11. Do you run auctions?

12. Are your stones authentic?
Yes. Authenticity is a priority and we disclose any treatments when known.
