By purchasing from Kingdom of Gemstones / Gem Royale, you agree to the following payment terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• PayPal
• CashApp / Zelle (USA only)
• SSL-secured website checkout
• Store Credit / Gift Cards (if applicable)

2. Currency

All payments are processed in USD. Your bank may charge conversion fees.

3. Billing Information

Accurate billing details are required. Incorrect information may delay or cancel your order.

4. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize our processor to charge your selected method.

5. Failed / Declined Payments

Orders are held until payment clears. Unpaid orders may be canceled after 48 hours.

Auction wins: Must be paid within 24 hours.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account closure.

7. Security

All payments are SSL encrypted. We do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.

8. Installments

No installment plans at this time. Exceptions may be made case by case.

9. Taxes

Sales tax may apply based on destination and state laws.
