At Kingdom of Gemstones / Gem Royale, we ship throughout the United States and Canada. Our goal is to prepare, package, and ship your order as safely and efficiently as possible — especially with the fragile nature of minerals and fossils.

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
  • Special requests may require additional time.
  • High-volume periods may extend processing to 5–7 business days.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Free Shipping

Free shipping on orders of $150+ (USA & Canada). Automatically applied at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

Rates depend on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected service.

5. Packaging & Fragile Items

We package with care. Extra fees may apply for oversized or highly fragile items. Insurance is available by request.

6. Tracking & Lost Packages

  • Tracking provided for every order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by carriers or incorrect addresses.
  • If marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier to open a case.

7. Damaged Deliveries

To report damage, email us within 48 hours with photos or video of packaging and item.

8. International Shipping

Available upon request. Customer pays customs, taxes, and regional import fees.

9. Address Errors

Incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility. Reshipping fees may apply.
